Horse Sales & Purchases
Any and all sales transactions conducted by a trainer at Four Points Farm earn the trainer a commission of 10%. Buying and selling horses requires a lot of time and effort from the staff at Four Points Farm. It may be necessary to travel across the country to purchase a horse or incur expenses in advertising sale horses. Clients will be responsible to cover expenses for travel of the Four Points Farm staff or any expenses incurred in advertising horse(s) to be sold.
Horses that are prepared and put through public auction by Four Points Farm will be charged day care while "on the road", plus 5% of the gross price that the horse brings through the auction. This is in addition to the normal training and travel expenses. The seller pays for this preparation, presentation and commission.
