Four Points Farm operates out of Hidden Dreams Farm in Milford, Michigan and provides a full service equine facility. We specialize in the training and showing of Morgan, Saddlebred and Hackney horses and ponies for local and World Championship competitions.
Our Professional Caring Staff
Melinda Hyde has been training horses and riders professionally for over 25 years. Prior to taking on her professional status, Melinda was a student in the Equestrian Studies program at Findlay College. Melinda is a USEF Licensed Official as a "r" Morgan and a "r" Friesian Judge. She is also approved on the Michigan 4-H Horse Judges List. Melinda has extensive experience with the Michigan Interscholastic Horse Association as a rider, trainer, coach, and Judge of their events.
Damian Hyde has been training horses for 20 years and is also a nationally renowned farrier, with many world champions under his belt. Damian and Melinda have been training and teaching together for the past 17 years. They have produced such champions as JDS Paladin Pazazz, Eloquent Danseuse, On Eagles Wings, HDP Warrior Princess, HDP War Dancer, Bellagio and the list goes on.
Alison Bishop is a master horseman and instructor whose many talents include a unique ability to communicate with both horses and students with passion and empathy. Alison has worked with many different breeds including Paso Finos, Arabians, Warmbloods, Thoroughbreds, Quarter Horses, Saddlebreds, etc. She has trained and showed Hunter/Jumper and Dressage from the C to the AAA circuits as well as FEI. Her experience working at the Spanish Riding School in Spain and with the American Masters in Dressage have given her the qualities that make her an extraordinary asset to our program.
